Jennifer Gardella, PhD

Let’s empower your employees

to recognize

ALL of the signs of domestic violence

and guide victims towards resources.

I am a survivor of vicious domestic violence at the hands of a sadistic abuser.

Domestic violence impacts 85% of your employees every single day &

robs your business of 1-3% of the bottom line.

Jennifer helps your employees understand the widespread issue of abuse and empowers them with resources and language to help victims and survivors.

Dr. Gardella is not your typical speaker who endlessly shares her stories of abuse. She uses an educational empowerment model to connect in with audience members and provide action steps they can take to help.

Jennifer creates a safe space where your audience member who needs the security will approach Jennifer that day or get in touch after the event and say “me too.”

Jennifer recently was a guest speaker for the Southeastern Pennsylvania SHRM Chapter, discussing Domestic Violence hiding in the workplace! It was a great opportunity to hear her story, her healing journey and the steps she took to create impactful advocacy. As HR professionals, we want to be able to support all of our employees, by being aware and knowing appropriate actionable steps.

Jennifer was instrumental in doing just that, providing our chapter the information we need to be more aware, emotionally intelligent and resource-driven. Her presentation was also engaging and honest.
I highly recommend Jennifer to speak to any group or organization on this matter and look forward to seeing her impact so many others positively.

I had the pleasure of inviting Jennifer Gardella to present the Survivor’s Spotlight at a Domestic Violence Legal Network Seminar for the
Montgomery County Bar Association. Although the room was filled with seasoned attorneys who have been involved with domestic violence throughout their careers, as Jennifer spoke, the audience was so enthralled with her compelling lecture, you could hear a pin drop.  Jennifer’s presentation was unique in that she presented her story as if she was talking about someone else, but then she would relay it to her own story. A very effective presentation. Jennifer was articulate and polished, but she was relatable and personable. She was definitely the highlight of our seminar!
